GCS Regal Stays was founded by a partnership of three who share a passion for property, hospitality and doing business the right way. We saw landlords struggling with arrears, void periods and changing regulations — and others making more from their properties than they were.
So we set out to build something better: a company that turns good homes into beautifully run serviced accommodation, treats every landlord as a long-term partner, and is completely open about how it all works.
The name says it all. Regal is the standard we hold ourselves to — in how we care for your property, how we look after our guests, and how we keep our word.
